Contract Descriptions:

1. The company has been named as the recipient of a $20M grant through the Pakistani counter insurgency capabilities fund that is provided by the Secretary of State in the U.S. to key allies.  To that end, Pakistan was granted over $4 billion in 2008/2009 and Congress has passed their procedural point making this grant to Pakistan complete.  Terrax is named as the supplier of stand-off camera systems in that grant for $20M. It is expected that we should see an early dispersal of the grant in the late this year.

2. At a recent Trade Show (SOFEX Conference) in Jordan Terrax exhibited its cameras and systems to many of the countries of the Middle East who were attendees at the Conference. SOFEX is the largest military technology sales event in the world.  At that event Terrax booked a sale to the Gulf States of $6M with deliveries to start winter 2011.  As soon as Terrax successfully demonstrates its system in an application environment to the Gulf States, $1.5M USD is advanced.

3. The Pakistan National Highway Association has agreed to purchase some $12M of Terrax equipment in a lease-to-own plan with a 48 month payment of $250,000 per month. The Terrax SOWIS System units which are planned to install are estimated at $425,000 per unit. Deliveries are scheduled again for late summer/early fall of 2011 as soon as one of our sales executives returns to Pakistan for the signing of the contract.

4. The Pakistani Ministry of Defense – Civil Aviation has agreed to purchase approximately $40M of camera systems for the civilization arm in Pakistan. We are expecting the Letter of Intent with details within 30 days.  There are many other large and small orders on the horizon but we are attempting to focus and satisfy the existing demand first.
